I wanted to compliment the two employees work the front desk, Kevin and his wife. They have to put up with quite a lot from people (not always very nice people) and sometimes things that aren't even in their job description and they do it with poise and kindness and a smile. They both genuinely care for their guests, and they have made my stay a lot better. Kevin went out of his way for me (one of many times!) when I was having a particularly very bad night and he didn't have to help me the way he did, he could have not cared, but he did, and I appreciated it very much! He even ran up two flights to make sure I didn't leave and that I was ok. I wanted to let the boss know that he has a great employee, and he is lucky to have him! I can say one of the best parts of this hotel is Kevin and his wife... She and Kevin both have been very kind and caring towards me. They have both listened to me vent about my life when they didn't have to, and they both genuinely cared as well, they weren't just listening, they actually cared and understood. Don't find many people like that now days. I know they will both go out of their way for their guests, and I wanted to show them that it is recognized by me, it doesn't go unnoticed, it can seem like a pretty thankless job most days, I work in customer service as well, but I wanted to Thank you both! Thank you for being kind and for being an ear on some of my hardest days, and especially thank you for showing a caring attitude towards me, because when you both did, you have no idea how much I needed it at that moment, I felt like no did care, and if things were worth continuing to fight for. I think they have both seen me at my worst now and yet they are still kind and genuine people and don't run at the sight of me. The night Kevin went out of his way for me, was one of my lowest points I've had, so to be honest, him doing that, actually meant a lot more to me than he even knows, him doing that made a complete difference in my outlook on life that night. His wife has also made a difference in how I feel about things... and she even made sure I knew if I ever need her, I can always come find her and she would be willing to listen. They both are wonderful people, and they absolutely deserve the recognition, and even more in my opinion. They can do their jobs very well and also be an ear and shoulder at the same time. Thank you very much to you both and I will always be thankful for what you guys have done for me. Being kind goes such a long way! I would love to someday soon do more than just a review for you both! You deserve more than a review! Thank you so so much to you both!

They did not clean. We had to leave early because the room was so disgusting. The whole hotel smelled horrible. This place should not be renting rooms out. I want my money back! Not ever returning back!

Surprisingly comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Tv was huge. Bathroom clean.

Liked everything about it. Staff nice. We had pets so the hard floors were very good. It’s not fancy but I have zero complaints. Huge tv. No Walmart around. Don’t miss the scenic drive to moss park. The view is worth the trip.

Forced to stay in a room without a working toilet

Stayed overnight traveling with my sister to see family. Water poured into the bathroom from the ceiling making use of the toilet impossible. When we told the front desk they said they knew all about it and they could not move us. The water ran for several hours. The bath fan also did not work which would have helped with whatever water that was. Wifi also did not work and we were told nothing could be done for any compensation of any type. Do not stay at this disaster of a hotel.

Good place to stay. Clean room, reasonable rates. Easy access to the highway. Nice helpful staff. Only disappointing thing was the breakfast. A couple choices of cereal, plain white or wheat bread, or waffles that could be put in the toaster. Meh.
